Back by popular demand, violinist and concertmaster of The Philadelphia Orchestra, David Kim, performs Bruch’s beautifully crafted Violin Concerto. Mendelssohn’s majestic Reformation Symphony and the premiere of a new work by Shawn Okpebholo of Union University are also featured in this performance.

The Jackson Symphony presents 17-year-old pianist and child prodigy Peng Peng performing Beethoven’s Emperor Piano Concerto. This concert also features a side-by-side performance with The Jackson Symphony Youth Orchestra of the colossal finale of Mahler’s Titan Symphony.
